One of my pups is super nervous/skiddish & Austin took his time with her & let her come to him on her terms with I truly appreciate since I know it can be frustrating. Pamela is super responsive & has taken the time to answer all my silly questions, super sweet lady!! How do I create a client portal account?

New clients receive portal login credentials after completing registration during their first visit. If you’ve visited us before but don’t have login info, call us at (817) 404-4399 and we’ll set you up.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the portal login page and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link within minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Can I book services through the portal?

Yes! The portal allows you to book boarding, daycare, grooming, and training appointments. You’ll see real-time availability and receive instant confirmation.

Is the portal available on mobile?

Absolutely. The Time To Pet portal is fully mobile-responsive, and there’s also a dedicated mobile app available for iOS and Android for even easier access.
